Terms and Conditions for Buyers

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the purchase and use of eBooks ("Products") offered by Perry Investments LLC ("Seller"). By purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms are effective as of December 21, 2024.

1. General Terms

1.1. The Products are digital goods delivered electronically; no physical items will be shipped.
1.2. All purchases are final, and refunds are not available except as required by law.
1.3. By purchasing, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Licensing and Use

2.1. The Products are licensed to the buyer, not sold outright. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for personal or professional use.
2.2. Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the Product, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Buyers may not modify, edit, or otherwise create derivative works of the Product without prior written consent.

3. Payment and Pricing

3.1. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change at any time without notice.
3.2. Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
3.3. Any applicable taxes, duties, or transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

3.4 All customers must sign an NDA and if that is refused there will be no refund and refunds are  forfeited.

4. Delivery and Access

4.1. Products will be delivered electronically via the method specified at the time of purchase (e.g., download link, email).
4.2. The buyer is responsible for ensuring accurate email and contact information for successful delivery.
4.3. The Seller is not responsible for issues caused by third-party platforms or buyer-side technical difficulties.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All intellectual property rights in the Products remain with the Seller.
5.2. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of the Product may result in legal action.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1. The Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
6.2. The Seller is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product.
6.3. The buyer is responsible for ensuring compatibility with their devices and software.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1. Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of the Products shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
7.2. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of Alaska, USA.

8. Updates to the Terms

8.1. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Buyers are encouraged to review these Terms periodically for updates.
